My employer wants me to tell the DVLA of binge drinking when I'm out of a depression. Why should I?

My doctor says I do not need to inform the DVLA if I do not drink and drive and I never have to work under the influence of alcohol. they have no proof of me slurring, after accidents, dizzy or anything to do with alcohol at work. what is my car had license to do the work if I do not drive their trucks on the highway forks. I even bought a breath alcohol tester and asked them to test me any time and as often as they like but they are not interested. Help - - I can lose my job over this
