By a breath test while wearing partial dentures.?
My friend got pulled over and took a breath test and failed. He had partial dentures and periodontal disease. That I have read on some sites that affect the Breathalyzer test. due to the metal in the part, alcoholic trapped under the partial and in pockets in your mouth caused by periodontal disease. Anyways this is his second Dui in three years and took a deferred at the first and finished with deferred for one years and two months. anyone can answer please?
it is possible, many things messing with the readings, the machines are not accurate. Never test, it is a bad thing
