interlock system
Is it illegal to have someone with an Ignition Interlock system in their car, driving my car w / out one?
Not that I would be more a curiosity about the legal ramifications. I assume when dealing with the DUI things they know are not allowed for a vehicle other than one with the Interlock drive.
Yes, it is illega. If the driver would be pulled over, the officer running the license and the person would come back as a limitation that he / she needed an interlock system on the car.
