If you co-owner of a vehicle with someone, and they have a DUI and they have an interlock device?
Is not to punish someone who has nothing wrong done? My sister's fiance and she had a car together and he has an ignition interlock installed. Now she has to blow the thing in her own car. That's pretty unfair! She does not drink and drive ... and sees no reason why they should be punished for his mistakes.
Maybe this a wake up call for her that he was not a great guy to marry to ...
