If you co-owner of a vehicle with someone, and they have a DUI and they have an interlock device?
Is not to punish someone who has nothing wrong done? My sister's fiance and she had a car together and he has an ignition interlock installed. Now she has to blow the thing in her own car. That's pretty unfair! She does not drink and drive … and sees no reason why they should be punished for his mistakes.
