Can you explain how a person in an Oklahoma offense (first time) and have a DUI could get IID?
Ok who is this man a jail bird as it always and drink has a DUI on his record as of 1/04/10 (the case was filed on that date). But around Christmas time it was known that he Ignition Interlock device on his car. The court records state Municipal - MISD ... My only guess is the MISD Misdemeanor means a first offense means. But the word of all his family and family of his girlfriend This is his 3rd offense. How is this possible? I'm so confused. He pleaded not guilty and he goes to court again in a few weeks. Sorry the condition it would probably help ... Oklahoma. And the city - "MISD" DUI was filed on 1/04/10. I can not find from December, but he has a charge that is obstructing officer on one years probation from another county in August.
