Can I finance a car without a license?
Charged with second DUI in 2008, ordered 2009, completed all necessary arrangements by the courts.Except for the ignition interlock. I have no car, no driver's license and hope to fund. I have the car to get the door lock, but before I can permit the car to for the insurance to present to the dealer to get the car to get the device to install ....
