Is there a legal consequence for someone blowing into a Breathalyzer (IID), so anyone can ride?

I would especially like to know about this in Oklahoma. As an officer witnesses a person in the passenger seat to blow in the Final Alcohol (Breathalyzer, IID) and the driver appears to be intoxicated, the person who blew charged to get with .. something? In fact his girlfriend blew it for him (who had a 3 years old from a previous relationship with her and she is 35 weeks pregnant) she drove away. There was a cop there when they drove away, but never found the car parked and sat idle as they have been rigged to blow the test back to their home. We are the best for the children (born or unborn).

Well "pervert the course of the law" will do for a start! Knowingly in a motor vehicle with a drunk driver (must have stopped him from driving) ignored a policeman in uniform.
