Everyone knows that a good resources for newly passed DUI / DWI laws in Ohio?

Ive problems with finding a new law in Ohio, which must first DUI / DWI offendors sentenced to an ignition interlock device, id like some good resources on the most recent laws on Ohio DUI / DWI sanctions. Thanks

Here is a basic fact sheet on Ohio DUI laws: http://www.bmv.ohio.gov/driver_license/dui_law.htm You want a look at 2951.02 (C) (1) of the Ohio Revised Code (http:/ / codes.ohio take. gov/orc/2951.02). It provides in part: "If an offender is convicted of a violation of section 4511.19 of the Revised Code [the DUI law] ... the court, as a condition of community control sanctions ... that the offender only one working vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock device ...
