Which countries participate in Melanie's Law (interlock device)?

I live in Massachusetts, and after my 2nd DUI I was obliged to lock device (breathalizer machine) installed in my car for 2 years, and my license is only valid in a VEHICHLE with one installed in the ... That said, ... my license in one state but is normally not participate in the Rights of Melanie, and I think now the 6 states that participate. I go to Pennsylvania in a few days, and want to drive a part of the way to help, (this car will not have an interlock device in it) but I'm not sure if one of the states I drive by that law have ... Does anyone beside Massa, what other countries have Melanie's Law? Thanks for comments ...

I'm not 100% sure on this, but my boyfriend is in the same boat and let me tell you, I feel your pain! As far as I know and from what he tells me they have a national database (not sure what its called) that goes to every state, which makes the RMV / DMV and the police to withdraw of your record from anywhere. If you have installed in your car, you can not drive the car anywhere someone else! They know and there is no running. This system is all messed up, because the register and the judicial system are not on the same page and not to explain not the same penalties.
