Can I drive out of state for work on a restricted license?
My license is suspended for DUI. I will work a limited license after 30 days. Does anyone know if I can drive out of state during the journey to work as I so often? I will also get an ignition interlocking device. Obviously I will not have the equipment a rental car when I travel to work. Is this a violation? I'm on hold with AZDOT now, but we all know how fast DMV is ... thanks!
The restrictions are imposed by the court, and the DMV after listening to the request. If you are not all necessary information, then your only option would be to go back to court and see if restrictions can be changed. You should already know if you are in violation.
