Breathalizer the car can drive in other countries?
Person has a breathalizer on their car as a restriction for one year. Person intends to travel with others through the car across the country. Can someone driving a car without a breathalizer in car and not in the state where the restriction was initiated?
There are many problems that may come into play here. First, the driver probably a limited license, one of those restrictions is that they have to drive only vehicles equipped with a blow pipe interface. If true, the driver can drive anywhere, unless they are driving an interlock equipped vehicle. Then the driver can be tested, if so, they may only leaves the state with the consent of their PO and the PO is likely to authorize. Some states will only be a "burden" to drivers license required to use a locking device. They may run, but only at certain times of day and in certain areas (in general and from work or school). If the case ... they can not drive outside the state. So long as there is no restriction on their license requiring a lock on any vehicle in which they ride, and they are not on trial or have the consent of the PO to travel, and they have no restrictions on driving times and areas ... they can drive any vehicle anywhere in the!
