Driver's Abstract, what is it? It is a document issued by your state Department of Motor

Vehicles reports on the status of your license. It determines the type of license you have,

and an overview of all tickets you've been convicted of in the last 5 years. It includes your renewal

date, the date of your first license and a license suspension or reintegration.

A small amount, typically around $ 10, your Driver's Abstract from the DMV, or

according to office in your state.

Penalties: drivers convicted of traffic starting with zero penalty points and

points to collect convictions. Demerit points remain on your record for 3 years from the

offense date. However, for more serious offenses that they can remain on the record 10 years. To

many points can lead to a suspension of your license. The Ministry of Transport has

penalty.
Penalties determine if your license will be or when the driver

should be re-tested. Here's how penalty work.

Penalties for a Speeding Ticket:
* 01 tot 10 mph over the limit = 3 points
* 11 to 20 mph over the limit = 4 points.
* 21 to 30 mph over the limit = 6 points.
* 31 to 40 mph over the limit = 8 points
* More than 40 mph = 11 points (varies from state to state)

If a driver accumulates 10 points, the DMV has the option to suspend their license for 30 days.

On 15 penalty points, the Ministry will suspend their license for 30 days.

Points do not affect your insurance. Your insurance company, a ticket is a ticket,

whether or not points, will affect the your insurance premium.

A license suspension seriously affect your insurance rates. If you are not a hearing, or to attend

no good reason to get your license to keep, your license will be suspended.
