Blood Alcohol Concentration and Breath Testers?

I recently bought a breathalyser test, or whatever you want to call, when I was in Japan. I see now that it gives only measurements in mg / L, between 0.01 and 99.9. How does this relate to the Australian BAC measurements? I've tried to take the survey and you could just move the decimal (ie 1 mg / L = 0.01%?) Any ideas?
