Not only I lose my Florida Drivers License. I could be labeled a recidivist Florida. Did not sound good. You never appreciate driving as much as if it could be taken away. There are too many people riding bikes in Florida. After research on the internet, I found that I could be a fine of $ 1000 and sent to prison for six months. Yikes

I am glad that my lawyer had experienced in DUI / DWI laws of Florida. The charges were reduced to reckless driving and $ 250 in fines. And no jail time. I had to take a Driving under the influence Florida Traffic School course at a jump and a few other hoops. But, my lawyer has helped me with details.
