Is it legal for the testers to look at you a drug test for work?
I read on another question is asked by someone else and was wondering about This time when I worked at a factory. One night we came into work (cemetery) and there were these people, where everyone from alcohol and drug testing. When my turn came, I was shocked to be followed in the booth by this woman, not just die there stayed with me, but she stared straight op my lap while I tried to go !!!!! I had the hardest time going until she turned her head for just one second with someone outside the house. But I was so offended. I had not committed a crime, it was not using drugs or alcohol, just came to work as usual and I (and everyone) was treated as a criminal! Was this legal?
