For police officers. Is there a test that can show anyone under the influence of marijuana?
when they are pulled over in a vehicle? Or they can only Tell a test that you used it at some point in the last 30 days or what not. I had a fight with a friend about legalizing it because I do not think it can ever legally until you can prosecute someone for using marijuana while driving. He seems to think that you can already do that, but I've never heard of a Breathalyzer or blood test can show that under the influence law second. Can someone clarify? Weeder I understand all that. But is a finger in the face, or just looking for someone " enough legal?
