Penalty for Fooling Interlock …?
In the state of AZ, there is a penalty for someone else blow into ignition interlock system? Meaning, a fine the sober 'driver'? I did not lock … I do not drink, that's why I'm so popular with the crowd get 1 bar, 2am. I had always said that there is no law against, So I'm pleased to say otherwise!
I think not. But if you knowingly let you drive drunk could get accused of conspiracy or something similar …
